Position Overview:

The Account Manager will be a primary representative of Get In Focus Media, ensuring that our client's account is meticulously managed and nurtured. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about marketing and communications, with a strong focus on digital development, social media, and graphic design. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in guiding companies forward, overseeing daily operations, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Representation:

Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Digital Development:

Monitor and develop the digital aspects of given client, including website and app development, ensuring that all platforms are user-friendly and aligned with branding standards.

Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate with the client and their team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the year, identifying sales opportunities and promoting engagement.

Sales Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales department to drive client sales, including gym memberships, swim memberships, and other sales initiatives within the leisure industry and other industries as and when the requirement

Social Media Management:

Support the client in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance online presence.

Graphic Design Oversight:

Work alongside graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.

Communication Management:

Oversee email communications, including client updates and promotional opportunities, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.

Daily Operations:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the client , ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives and addressing any arising challenges.

Networking Events:

Attend relevant networking events to build relationships within the respective industries, promote the cleint, and identify new business opportunities.

Experience requirements:

Proven experience in Marketing or a related field, preferably within the leisure or marketing industry.

?Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and graphic design principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. ?Proficient in marketing tools and software, including analytics platforms and graphic design software.
