About the Company:

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing womenswear supplier to the UK high street. Specialising in fast fashion, they are known for delivering trend-led collections to major retailers. With 2025 sales targets now set, they are looking to expand their team by adding an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow key retail accounts.



The Role:

As Account Manager, you will take ownership of one or two key high street accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while focusing on delivering exceptional service and driving account growth. You'll play a crucial role in building strong relationships, upselling, and ensuring timely delivery through effective critical path management.



Must-Have Experience to Be Considered:





Recent and solid experience as a Womenswear Account Manager within a UK high street supplier

Proven track record in upselling and growing retail accounts

Strong experience in critical path management and Far East factory liaison

Prior team or junior staff management experience

Eligible to work in the UK and able to commute to Manchester



Key Responsibilities:



Manage and develop key womenswear retail accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and internal teams

Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and range expansion

Oversee and manage the full critical path, from order placement through to delivery

Liaise daily with Far East factories and suppliers

Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams

Ensure all deadlines and delivery schedules are met

Lead and manage junior team members where required
