The role will include:
Working with both existing and new clients to develop relationships and build business
Producing sales quotations and converting them to orders
Liaising with suppliers to source products
Developing existing business with clients
Attending regular Trade Shows and Exhibitions
Ensure complete delivery of order to client and supporting the client journey through the process
create branded product ranges, produce detailed quotes, co-ordinate visuals, samples and proposals to meet our client briefs
The Person:
With experience in a sales or customer service based industry, you will have the following skills :
an excellent telephone manner
an eye for detail to process the quotes
creative flair to make sure your clients are given excellent product choices to suit their needs
numerate as we source and delivery on a global scale so you will be working with multiple currencies
the determination to overcome obstacles with creative problem-solving skills
computer literate - fast, accurate keyboard skills
ability to communicate effectively
work to strict deadlines and detailed diary management
the enthusiasm to make this role a success
The Benefits:
Willsmer Wagg understand the importance of a healthy work/life balance and therefore this role is Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
