The successful applicant will be working within a small team across the firm's accounts preparation, tax and VAT functions with opportunities to gain experience across all service lines of the firm. The role is primarily a work from home role with occasional in-person work, collaboration, meetings and training.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Prepare financial reports, including management accounts and year-end accounts for corporate and non-corporate clients
- Prepare tax returns for corporate and non-corporate clients
- Prepare VAT returns
- Oversee bookkeeping and payroll functions
- Ensuring high quality work is delivered in a timely manner
- Perform other accounting duties and respond to queries as required
Requirements:
- Ability to think strategically about clients and their business needs
- Previous experience in accounting and finance (3+ years preferred)
- Qualified/part qualified or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy
Salary dependant on experience
