About the Role



Amplifirm is seeking an Accountant to manage our financial operations as we continue scaling across Europe. You will oversee day-to-day finance processes, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, support budgeting and forecasting and ensure compliance with UK and EU financial regulations. You will work closely with leadership on revenue tracking, cost optimisation, investor updates and financial planning. As one of our first finance hires, you will play a critical role in establishing the financial systems and processes that support our next stage of growth. This role is designed for someone who enjoys autonomy, structure-building and high-ownership environments.

Qualifications



We are looking for someone with at least three years of accounting or finance experience and a strong grasp of UK accounting standards. You should be comfortable managing budgets, producing financial reports and using accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks. Attention to detail and organisational ability are essential.

Experience working in startups or high-growth environments, handling multi-entity accounting, managing SaaS financial workflows or supporting investor reporting would be beneficial but not mandatory.
