We're now looking to bring on board a qualified and experienced Accountant to join us in our office and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and self-employed individuals. Manage VAT returns, Corporation Tax, and Self-Assessment tax returns. Handle bookkeeping tasks, reconciliations, and payroll duties. Communicate directly with HMRC and clients as needed. Ensure compliance with current tax laws and accounting standards. Provide professional advice to clients on tax planning and financial strategy. Work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Collaborate effectively within a small, supportive team.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of practical accounting experience, specifically with limited companies and self-employed clients. Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, AAT or equivalent). Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Taxcalc, bright pay ). Must be legally eligible to work in the UK. Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site at our office.
