Job Overview

We are looking to hire a "right hand person" here at Realise, working under the director to complete a range of typical accountancy practice tasks.

For the right person, this is a unique opportunity to have a very strong level of responsibility in an accountancy practice, be involved with clients, and get stuck in with preparing accounts as standard.

Duties

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records. Prepare accounts up to TB stage (and beyond if you wish). Utilise accounting software such as Xero & FreeAgent (and also QuickBooks / Sage on occassion, however we are primarily a Xero practice). Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheets. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Help with essential practice admin such as scanning post, liasing with clients.

Skills

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
