Location: Marshgate, Swindon


Contract: Full-time Apprenticeship (37.5 hrs)


Pay: 15,600pa


Reports To: Financial Controller

Job Summary


Join our busy Accounts team and earn while you learn towards a globally recognised AAT qualification--with the potential to progress to ACCA or CIMA. You'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment and become a key member of our finance function.


What You'll Do

Assist with purchase & sales ledger processing Support subcontractor payment runs Help prepare financial reports & documentation Handle data entry, filing, and general admin Learn construction finance essentials (Reverse Charge VAT, CIS) Use COINS (our construction accounting software) Attend weekly college training (with New College Swindon)

What We're Looking For

A real interest in an accountancy career (no prior experience needed) Enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn Strong numeracy and attention to detail Confident communication & organisational skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general IT Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths & English (Grade 4/C+).
