Due to further expansion, we are looking for a reliable and adaptable
Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant
to join our office team. We are a friendly, family-run business with a close-knit team and a fast-paced work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, works well with others and can stay organised and efficient while juggling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounts administration tasks
Use Sage Accounting software to process invoices, payments, and account entries
Support credit control by chasing outstanding payments and maintaining accurate records
Assist with bank reconciliations, payment runs, and reporting
Respond to customer and supplier queries in a professional and timely manner
Support general office administration duties as needed
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Sage is essential
Strong understanding of credit control procedures
Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A flexible and proactive attitude
Strong team player with good communication skills
Must be able to work from the office (flexible hours available)
We are looking for 16 hours a week - flexible on days - and are paying up to 20 per hour depending on experience.
