Duties
Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring a professional and friendly interaction.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports using Sage 50.
Organise office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
Support administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Sage50
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
