An opportunity has arisen at Ramsay's Transport Ltd, we are looking for an Accounts/Admin Assistant to join the team at our Lochee premises.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of Sage experience, be highly organised and with a great attention to detail.

Working Schedule:



Part-time, Permanent

20-24 per week, optional occasional overtime

Monday-Thursday, 9.30am-3:00pm

Daily duties will include:



Entering of Sales Ledger invoices into Sage Accounts

Entering of Purchase Ledger invoices into Sage Accounts

Maintenance of Purchase Invoice register

Creation of Commercial invoices

Answering telephone calls/email and directing as required

Administrative duties which include but are not limited to filing, creation of purchase orders and reconciliation of purchase invoices.
