We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts and ensuring smooth office operations. This position requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
include -
Managing bookkeeping and accounts using in-house software package.
Maintaining the company ledgers - purchase / sales / nominal
Preparing year-end accounts,
Processing payroll, VAT returns, and compliance tasks
Effective and efficient Credit Control
Bank reconciliation
General office management tasks and supporting other Admin staff when required
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts role
Solid understanding of AR and AP processes
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
