We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Accounts Administrator

to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking part-time hours and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Process daily payments to landlords, tenants, and suppliers via business banking accounts and Bankline Reconcile all inbound and outbound transactions using our estate agency CRM system Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, including liaising with clients directly

What We're Looking For:



Exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas), business banking, and Microsoft Outlook Experience using estate agency software (Street preferred) Trustworthy and dependable individual Finance, bookkeeping, or basic accounting experience preferred

What We Offer:



Part-time, flexible hours (15 hours per week) - The hours worked are required to be in the morning due to the job role. Competitive pay at 14.50 per hour Friendly and professional working environment
This role can be offered working from one of our offices or working remotely, but you will be required to visit an office for training and possibly other days in the future if you choose the remote option.
