Summary



We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our team at UK Rigging headquarters in Bolton. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting practices, so attention to detail is critical for this role.

Responsibilities



Updating the VAT book and accounts payable spreadsheets Matching up purchase orders and invoices Liaising with other departments to chase up paperwork Photocopying, shredding, scanning, laminating and filing Answering the phone, taking messages and directing phone calls if required Adding sales / supplier invoices to the accounts database ready for payment Acquiring and processing invoices off employees for spends on company credit and debit cards Matching up receipts with credit card statements and purchase orders

Qualifications & Experience



Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with Dext or Xero is ideal Basic understanding of accounts payable processes would be beneficial

Schedule



This is a part-time role requiring 16-20 hours a week.

This role is available on one of the following schedules:

Monday to Thursday - 8.30am-12.30pm Monday to Thursday - 9.30am-2.30pm

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 13.18 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
