About Us



Rapidcare is an independent business that has been providing free prescription deliveries for over 40 years.

We work alongside the NHS for Stoma Care, Diabetes, Bladder & Bowel Management.

About the role



You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations including, processing supplier invoices, posting overhead invoices and ensuring all financial data is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):



Processing, and checking invoices to match to delivery notes. Entering matched invoices into our system, DEAR. Syncing our system DEAR into XERO and then allocate to relevant suppliers. Assisting with month end reporting activities. Support other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:



You will need to have proven experience in an Accounts Administration role. Able to work as a team as well as managing your own workload. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in using financial systems, such as XERO. Confident in Microsoft Excel

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent, On-site

Salary:

24,500-26,000 dependant on experience
