We're looking for an experienced
Accounts & Admin professional
to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Directors and wider business. This is an exciting opportunity for a
finance professional
who thrives in a hands-on role within a fast-paced SME environment.
The Role
Manage
purchase and sales ledgers
,
credit control
, and
supplier payment runs
Oversee
direct debits
, ensuring compliance at all times
Perform
bank reconciliations
,
nominal ledger reconciliations
, and
credit card reconciliations
Prepare
month-end management accounts
, journals, accruals, prepayments, and deferred income
Maintain the
fixed asset register
and depreciation calculations
Produce weekly reporting and calculate monthly commissions
Support year-end audit requests and liaise with group finance/shared service teams
Assist the IT helpdesk by logging and allocating support calls when required
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years'
finance experience
in a similar role
Proficient in
Xero accounting software
and
Microsoft Office
AAT qualified (preferred)
Ability to take full ownership of the
finance function
Experience in an SME environment (desirable)
Knowledge of Direct Debit rules and Pegasus Opera software (desirable)

Able to work independently and collaboratively
