At a time of continued growth, huge investment and ever increasing order book, we are seeking a motivated and organised Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be part of a team responsible for:
Processing transactional data within the accounts system.
Managing accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely supplier payments.
Preparing and processing invoices, ensuring precise financial records.
Handling weekly and monthly payroll processing.
Collaborating with internal departments to resolve account-related discrepancies and queries.
Ensuring GDPR compliance within the Payroll & HR functions.
Preparing and posting journal entries.
Performing general office duties and administrative tasks.
Supporting the implementation of company-wide systems.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft packages.
Experience with accounting systems such as Sage 50/200 and Sage 50 Payroll would be an advantage.
QBE in an accounts/ office environment.
AAT qualified, or working towards is desired but not essential, study support can be discussed.
