Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to work 2 days per week on a part-time basis, 4-5 hours per day over days. 9am-1pm (Can possibly be flexible on start times)

Responsibilities



Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment authorisation Monitoring of Rental Payments and recording onto Software/Excel Communicating with Contractors/Tenants and Utility Providers on potential payments Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Utilise accounting software Sage, for data entry and reporting Collaborate with the MD to facilitate effective communication regarding financial matters Date input on receipts/invoices

Skills



Proficiency in the SAGE accounting software is a must Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
