We have a vacancy for an Accounts & Admin Assistant. The successful applicant will have a pleasant telephone manner and be able to communicate well with customers. A knowledge of Sage 50 accounts is essential as well as being computer literate and having attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Daily banking, including reconciling receipts and payments
Producing all customer invoices
Monitoring and chasing outstanding payments
Checking and collating employee expenses
Working alongside the sales and service team
General admin support
A minimum of 1 years accounting experience essential.
This is an office based role.
