The Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused
Accounts and Finance Assistant
to join our small team.
You'll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, processing supplier invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with payroll and general finance administration.
This is a hands-on, varied role -- ideal for someone with solid all-round accounts experience who enjoys working methodically and takes pride in accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records in
Sage 50 Accounts
Process and code supplier invoices and payments
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with bank reconciliations and payroll data
Manage the accounts inbox and supplier queries
About You
AAT Level 3
(or working towards Level 4)
Minimum
2 years' accounting experience
Confident using
Sage 50
and
Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Friendly, trustworthy, and happy working in a small, close-knit team
