Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account person to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role involves managing client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional support to both clients and internal teams. The position also requires all round skills and will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and clerical tasks. Utilise Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and RE-Flow work management for various tasks including document creation, spreadsheets, and bookings. Support financial processes using QuickBooks for invoicing and account management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication. Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings as required.

Skills



Previous office experience is essential for this role. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, QuickBooks applications. Knowledge of social media will be an advantage. Administrative experience with a focus on clerical duties is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Typing skills with a focus on accuracy for data entry tasks. Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay: 14.50-18.50 per hour
