The Role



We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven

Finance Administrator

to support our finance and operations teams. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial processes across payroll, invoicing, reporting, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities



Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time Managing accounts payable and receivable Preparing and issuing invoices to partners and suppliers Handling payment of supplier invoices Reconciling accounts and financial data within

Xero

Supporting monthly and quarterly financial reporting Maintaining organised financial records and documentation General administration support across the wider team Contributing to the improvement of internal finance processes as the organisation grows

About You



We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy, purpose-driven environment.

Essential Skills & Experience



Experience in finance administration or a similar role Practical understanding of payroll Familiarity with

Xero

(or another cloud accounting software) Strong accuracy and attention to detail Good IT and Excel skills Strong communication and organisational abilities

Desirable (Not Essential)



AAT Level 2/3 or higher, or equivalent financial qualifications Experience in the care, housing, or non-profit sector
