Accounts and Service Assistant - 12-month Contract
Role Description
Joining as an Accounts and Service Assistant, you will assist in the financial and service administrative side of the company, as part of an existing team. The ideal candidate will be expected to complete service admin duties, assist in accounts processes, along with other day-to-day admin tasks. The post will be for 12 months and will be based in our office in Portglenone.
About our Company
Portglenone Refrigeration work throughout Northern Ireland for several large and small businesses, providing refrigeration, air-conditioning, and catering equipment. This covers both new installation and the maintenance and service of existing units.
The Role
Telephone/Reception Duties
Logging jobs on our service site and closing jobs once engineer has attended
Responding to customer queries
Invoicing customers and sending statements.
Supporting the service and finance teams with day-to-day tasks
Ad-hoc administrative duties.
Criteria
At least 1 years' experience in a similar role
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent numerical and excel skills to analyse data and produce accurate reporting
A Self-motivated, accurate and hardworking individual
Training will be provided where required
