About Us
We are a growing and ambitious business preparing to expand our operations across the UK. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Accountsprofessional to support our financial processes and work closely with our Directors.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a key part in the financial operations of a rapidly developing company. You will manage day-to-day finance duties while supporting the Directors with forecasting, planning, and month-end activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, check, and process sales invoices
Chase outstanding payments and maintain accurate debtor records
Enter and process purchase invoices
Prepare month-end reports and assist with management accounts
Produce and maintain cash flow forecasts
Generate accounts payable and accounts receivable lists
Carry out accurate bank reconciliations
Work closely with the Directors on forecasting, budgeting, and month-end planning
Assist with general finance and administrative tasks as required
Recommended Qualifications & Experience:
AAT qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent accounting qualification)
Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant, Accounts Executive, or Finance role
Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting
Confident using accounting software (e.g., Xero, )
Good Excel and spreadsheet skills
Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail
An excellent communicator
, both written and verbal, with the ability to work closely with Directors and internal teams
