We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Snapper Music as an Accounts Assistant and Administrator. This is a full-time, office-based position. Full training will be provided, including the use of Sage accounting software.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Bank statement reconciliation
Posting supplier invoices and manual invoice creation
Preparing monthly physical sales reports
Reconciling expenses
General bookkeeping
General administrative tasks including:
Answering phones
Scanning, filing, and handling post
Sending out statements and chasing customers
Stationery ordering
Requirements:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
A strong attention to detail
A willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
