We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of accounting processes who enjoys working in a busy, varied environment and supporting the smooth financial operation of the business. As Accounts Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include purchase ledger, payments, bank reconciliations, billing, and a small amount of credit control. Once you are up to speed in the role, there will also be the opportunity, if you wish, to learn how to prepare management accounts.
This role will perform a range of finance administrative duties for several of our care homes, ensuring the effective, accurate and timely processing of financial information. Working as part of the finance team and alongside the Finance Manager, you will contribute towards ensuring the efficient and smooth day to day running of the finance department.
