Location: Charles Hurst, Boucher Road
Salary: Up to 26,250 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday; 08:45- 17:00

Our Head Office is on the hunt to find a Accounts Assistant/Administrator to come and join our fantastic team based out of Boucher Road. You will be working alongside a team of administrators, and you will be provided with lots of support and guidance by our experienced Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop within both a dynamic as well as supportive team.
This isn't your average Administration vacancy; John Carson (our Head office Accountant) has worked at Charles Hurst for over 18 years, having worked his way through numerous Accountancy roles! Our Banking Administrators / Cashiers are fundamental within our accounting department; day-to-day they support with all our banking requirements from reconciliations through to daily showroom queries. We can certainly offer you a SUPER varied role!

• Being responsible for supporting with all bank reconciliations
• Referencing bank remittances
• Communicating with Business Managers in relation to payments received
• Managing same day requests and leasing with showrooms daily in relation to ad-hoc queries
• Checking all necessary documentation
• Managing cash handling as and when needed

Don't worry if you're a newbie to the Automotive industry, we're open to welcoming new colleagues to the sector... we can teach you everything we know! Ideally, we're looking for individuals who have done a work placement in the world of finance or finished their degree who are willing to take the leap into the world of banking.
If you have strong IT abilities, that's another big tick!
We're looking for an individual with a strong can-do attitude, organisational abilities and who can build long-lasting relationships.
