This exciting position will primarily be responsible for supporting the preparation of the monthly profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow reports and ancillary reports. Provide support for treasury and tax maintenance and compliance. A key business partner generating accurate and relevant information to support senior management decision making.

Key Accountabilities



Monthly preparation of accruals, prepayments, journals, cost allocations and reconciliations. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. Perform various month end close activities as well as quarterly and annual US SEC submission reporting. Managing numerous bank accounts in a variety of currencies. Performing weekly bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts. Provide support to the calculation/maintenance of our FX hedges. Preparation for statutory and regulatory filings including but not limited to VAT, P11D's, Duty declarations, National statistics etc. SG&A reporting & analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external audit teams, ensuring timely preparation of audit deliverables and issue resolution in line with SOX regulations. Support the Finance team with external audits Take the lead in ad-hoc accounting projects as required. Participate in systems improvement projects. Maintain process documentation and contribute to process improvements across finance and the wider business. Support the Finance department achieve its objectives.

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
