We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Assistant
to support the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and staff expenses
Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
Assist with month-end processes and journal entries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Support payroll processing with timesheet and data entry
Assist with petty cash handling and reconciliations
Respond to internal and supplier finance queries
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
