We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations. The ideal applicant will have experience with various accounting software and a strong understanding of financial processes, ensuring efficient and precise handling of all accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
Sales Invoicing & Subcontractors Applications
Credit Control
Sales & Purchase Ledger Bookkeeping
Finance & Ad Hoc administration
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies
Support Month End, Year End & Management Reporting
Experience
Prior experience in general accounting
Accounts experience using QuickBooks Online and Sage Line 50
Efficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel
Familiarity with the Construction Industry Scheme & Payroll processes
Strong data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with DEXT preferable
