Full time FTC position 35hrs per week Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Salary:
22,624.58 per annum

We are looking for an experienced, full time Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
Maintaining accuracy of supplier details
Ensure incoming invoices are correctly coded and authorised for payment
Payment processing and authorisation
Resolve queries from suppliers and other departments
Reconcile suppliers' monthly statements
Reconcile Direct Debit payments against invoices
Complete monthly reconciliation of outstanding transactions for assigned agencies
Assist with month end procedures
Preferred:
Previous experience in purchase ledger
Knowledge of accounting software
