Where will you be working?





We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.


This role will be within our Finance Team.

What will you be doing?



We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers a mix of responsibilities across the Sales Ledger and Supply Chain functions, giving you the chance to make a real impact.


You'll help manage customer sales orders, raise invoices, and support credit control, while also assisting with customer onboarding and keeping everything running smoothly.


On the supply chain side, you'll take charge of the control inbox, maintain supplier records, and ensure all approval processes are followed.


You'll also be setting up new customers and suppliers in Sage. Alongside these key tasks, you'll provide broader support by managing our finance email accounts and lending a hand to our Finance Manager and Head of Finance whenever needed.

What you'll bring



+ AAT Level 2 or above.
+ Confident using spreadsheets, databases, and financial software.
+ Strong attention to detail and time management.
+ Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
