What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic member of staff to join our office team as a Finance and Admin Assistant for maternity cover.

Sales and purchase ledger
Credit control
Bank reconciliation
Monthly internal and external recharges
Petty cash
Ad hoc duties
Personal Specification preferred:
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Book-keeping skills - experience desirable.
Attention to detail, accurate and professional literacy with good problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads.
Good knowledge using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Work well in a small team as well as individually.
Good sense of humour!
