Robert Half are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a growing organisation based in Chipping Norton to recruit an Accounts Assistant. The Accounts Assistant will receive a salary up to 30,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working. This role will be 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home.
Primary responsibilities;
- Accurately recording accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
- Processing batches of invoices, payments, and receipts in line with company policies.
- Ensuring all entries are recorded in the financial system in a timely and systematic manner
- Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate matching of bank records with internal ledgers.
- Reconciling supplier statements to ensure all supplier invoices and payments are recorded correctly.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- At least 1 year experience working in finance
- Experience processing invoices and reconciling accounts
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail
- A team player
- Enjoys working as part of a small team
