They are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their Chipping Norton based finance team on a permanent basis. What you will do

Process supplier invoices and support the accounts payable function Raise customer invoices and support accounts receivable Carry out bank reconciliations and statement reconciliations Assist with cash allocation and follow up on outstanding balances Help maintain accurate financial records across the group Support monthly reporting tasks and month end processes Assist with data cleansing and preparation for new system workflows Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

What we are looking for

Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or a similar finance role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems Organised and able to manage multiple tasks Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach Interest in professional development including AAT, ACCA or CIMA studies Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
