Responsibilities

Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently Utilise accounting software such as Sage, to maintain financial records Perform data entry tasks related to invoices, payments, and other financial documents Reconcile accounts and ensure all entries are correctly recorded in the system Support month-end closing activities and prepare relevant reports Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or issues related to accounts Maintain organised records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software including Sage Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Experience with accounts payable processes and financial record management Ability to adapt quickly to different accounting platforms and systems Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good communication skills for collaborating within a team environment
