Key Responsibilities
Process purchase invoices and expenses daily ensuring accuracy of coding and details entered.
Chase credits due and match delivery notes to invoices
Petty cash processing and approval
Staff Expenses
Manage utility billings
Monitor invoice approvals
Reporting of daily banking and Rezlynx daily posting reports
Voucher reconciliation
Contribute to stock takes assisting in stock valuations at month end
learn the financial and operational systems of Xero, EzzyBills, Rezlynx, Lightspeed
Fixed asset entries and copy invoices.
Assist with analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement and increased profitability.
