to join our busy dental practice. Working closely with the Practice Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the practice. Your key responsibilities will include inputting invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records using the
Xero accounting system
.

Key Responsibilities:
Input and process supplier invoices accurately using Xero Software
Prepare and make timely payments to suppliers
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any payment discrepancies
Assist with bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping
Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records
Liaise with the Practice Manager, and other external contacts as needed
Provide occasional administrative support related to accounts or practice operations
Requirements:
Essential:
Proficiency in
Xero Accounting Software
(this is essential)
Experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong communication skills
Desirable:
Previous experience working in a
dental or healthcare
setting
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Competency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
