We are currently looking for an Assistant in our busy Accounts department at our Head Office in Crawley, West Sussex. This role is 100% office based.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
Bank reconciliations
Sales ledger
Purchase ledger
Debt collection
Assist with Energy consumption reporting
Entering company vehicle mileage for reporting
Answer and resolve any customer and branch queries
Ad hoc office work i.e. taking payments over the phone, filing
Skills:
MS Word and Excel skills
Effective communication skills written and verbal
Helpful, supportive, approachable, responsible, reliable
A highly motivated individual, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
Full training will be provided.
