to join our friendly team at Shirley's Recycling Ltd. You'll support daily office and accounts operations to keep everything running smoothly. The role is a job share covering 2 out of 5 working days (Tuesday & Wednesday). This role will involve processing both purchase and sales invoices, maintaining the ledgers, credit control and resolving any queries. Applicants will be able to prioritise tasks, have great attention to detail, be a good communicator and have a full range of office and IT skills. Including knowledge of Excel, Word and Sage50.
Key Responsibilities:
Working on the sales ledger and assist with accounts tasks
Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
Data entry and database maintenance
Create and update documents and spreadsheets
Compile reports
What We're Looking For:
Experience with
Sage
and
Excel
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Good organisation and time management
Previous accounts experience
