About the Role:




Key Responsibilities:




Complete accurate bookkeeping for several entities in line with monthly deadlines through posting revenue, processing purchase invoices and calculating prepayments and accruals Management of purchase invoice OCR tool (Yooz), keeping the number of outstanding invoices down to an agreed number Allocate bank transactions to revenue generated and to purchase invoices Complete monthly bank reconciliations ensuring everything is on Sage Intacct and that it balances Reconcile the creditors ledger to supplier statements Request missing invoices from the practices and develop good working relationships with practices to aid this process Reconcile wages control accounts Ensure accuracy of financial information by reviewing the practice Dashboards, investigating any discrepancies and resolving or providing feedback where necessary There will be a requirement to carry out other duties as and when the business requires

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:




Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with practices confidently and professionally Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines A keen eye for detail and precision A "can do" attitude and common-sense approach
