As part of a group, Lexham partners with Lancaster Gate Assistance Ltd who provide credit hire and FNOL services, CAM Legal Services Ltd a firm of personal injury claim lawyers and LXM Management Ltd who provide financing options.
We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our fast-growing team in Diss, Norfolk.
Role Purpose

Working in a team of 7, the successful applicant will be a team player, somebody who can work on their own initiative as and when required and has good all-round communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Accountabilities
Posting daily sales invoices and purchase invoices
Reconcile card transactions
Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
Ensure accounts related queries and complaints are resolved
Allocating insurer payments which will be a key part of the role.
Control cheque payments from the premium account.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Reconciling supplier accounts to statements.
Communication will be core to your role
Other critical elements of this role include the ability to prioritise effectively as
well as to identify and champion business improvement opportunities, removing
any barriers to great performance.
Build and maintain excellent, value-adding working relationships with
immediate colleagues across the Lexham Group to explore new ideas and
developments alongside sharing best practice.
Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role.
Experience & Requirements
Relevant experience in a similar financial services environment desirable
An analytical and accurate approach to the task in hand.
AAT/Part qualified would be an advantage
Strong IT skills, Sage 50, Excel
Good communications skills, team player, adaptable, desire to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
