You'll be joining a modern paperless accountancy practice without any filing cabinets or manual working papers! All our work is done in the cloud on software like Xero, QuickBooks and Taxcalc.

We meet once a month for lunch (on us) to celebrate our, yours and our clients' successes.

You will build close working relationships with our clients and, as your experience and expertise develop, there will be an opportunity (if you want it) to move into business advisory services such as profit improvement, cash management and tax planning.

You'll earn a salary of between 32,000 and 40,000 per annum, with fast progression and promotion on offer too.

You'll have at least 28 days holiday a year plus your birthday off.

You'll Fit This Role Perfectly If....

You are an Accountant with at least two year's experience working in a UK based accountancy practice.

A qualification in accounting (AAT, HND, degree or part-qualified ACCA) would help, but relevant experience is just as important as being able to pass an exam.

This is a full-time position, but we would consider part-time for the right candidate so make sure you apply.

Knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks and Taxcalc would be a big help but it is not a deal breaker.

You will be involved in the preparation of both management and annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies following our standard processes. We'll help you learn those as soon as you start. You'll also ideally have had some exposure to tax return work, whether that be business or personal.
