Gloucester Student Lettings is looking for a reliable and experienced
Accounts Assistant
to join our team, working exclusively with our largest landlord. This is a key role where you'll be the sole point of contact for all accounting matters related to their portfolio.
You must have solid
experience using Xero
and be confident communicating with landlords over the phone. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day accounts for our largest landlord
Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
Look after all their utility accounts
Communicate regularly with the landlord to provide updates and resolve queries
Some face to face within the office
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Xero (essential)
Strong communication skills - comfortable speaking with landlords and tenants over the phone
Previous accounts or bookkeeping experience
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
