An oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to support our finance function.

The Role

The Accounts Assistant will work closely with the Finance Director to support day-to-day
accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. This is an excellent opportunity
for someone looking to develop their accounting career within a dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with daily bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records Processing sales invoices Reconciling bank statements and customer accounts Supporting month-end and year-end processes Assisting with statutory reporting Handling finance-related queries from internal teams and customers General administrative support to the finance department Sickness and holiday cover for the purchase ledger

About You

Previous experience in an accounts or finance role Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
