We are looking for a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team in the Hemel Hempstead office. We are looking for someone who is AAT Level 4 qualified with a positive can-do attitude and great attention to detail.
Key Tasks:
Daily Bank reconciliations including allocation of cash receipts
Process invoices & credit notes received from suppliers in a timely manner
Processing of customer Direct Debits, ensuring collections are accurate & within terms
Customer credit checks & releasing of sales orders in line with process
Managing bad debt process & Money Claim Online
Assist with partner commission calculations
Be involved in day to day finance tasks to cover holidays & pinch points throughout the month
Releasing of sales orders in line with credit terms
Calculation of monthly partner commissions & posting of subsequent invoices
Processing of customer accounts for legal action
Skills and Competencies Required:

Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team

IT Literate
