This is a varied role, supporting both
motor trade accounts
and
property accounts
, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and good systems knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with day-to-day accounts functions
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Bank and account reconciliations
Supporting motor trade accounting activities
Assisting with property accounting, including rent, service charges and landlord accounts
General accounts administration and reporting
Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers where required

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in an
accounts assistant
or similar role
Motor trade experience
and/or
property accounts experience
would be highly desirable
Strong computer skills, particularly
Microsoft Excel
Experience using
Sage 200
,
Landlord Vision
, or similar accounting software would be an advantage
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
