We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment. The ideal applicant will have experience with, purchase ledger, accounting software, data entry and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities



Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments Assist with data entry related to financial transactions using accounting software Support the reconciliation of accounts and prepare financial reports as required Maintain organised records of financial documents and correspondence Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures Assist in month-end closing activities and audit preparations

Skills



Proficiency in accounting software Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial services industry standards Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
