We're looking for a part-time accounts assistant to join our team to who's main role will be to help support the Accounts managerwith the day to day running of the business.
The hours can be flexible and assistance would be needed for around 20-25 hours per week.
Tasks will include:
Credit Control - chasing monies owed to the business providing updates and summary reports to Management
Purchase Ledger Invoice processing - ensuring invoices are booked correctly
Reconciliation of supplier statements / ledgers
Reconciliation of customer statements / ledgers
Cash book maintenance
Assisting with Bank Reconciliation - assist with posting all of the income and expenditure transactions.
Raising sales invoices
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Basic administration
Ideally looking for a candidate with at least 12 months' previous experience as part of an accounts or credit control team working with computerised accounts systems, preferably with a working knowledge of SAGE.
