We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team! If you have a passion for numbers, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
Support month-end and year-end financial tasks
Assist with VAT returns and payroll processing
Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Requirements
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (preferred)
AAT qualification (or studying towards) or relevant finance studies
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
